Positive Affirmations

Alright, so do any of you believe in positive affirmations?

I have read they really help your outlook but just laugh when i say them. Then someone suggested to me that you ask a friend to give you one (like if someone told me I was strong, that would be my affirmation). So I asked Jen to give me one and she said to say "I am Rotund".

Sigh.

LOLOL. It makes me smile though!

Oh - one last funny. Calista today said she wants to be on the "credit cardinal" team while we were playing catch outside with the football. My kind of girl!! :)

We should have Credit Cardinal jerseys made. I'd wear that to the mall, for sure.
